This article provides troubleshooting steps for missing or stuck cam alerts, similar to the following:
PLEASE NOTE: One camera missing / stuck shouldn't affect your kiosk's ability to recognize items.
Step 1
Check Live Feeds of Cameras
- Go to Manager Mode > Advanced > Calibration.
- Ensure you are able to see all 8 live camera feeds.
- If less than eight cams are present, or there are blank camera feeds within the Calibration page, move on to Step 2.
Step 2
Power Cycle Kiosk
- Please see How to Power Cycle a Kiosk for more details.
- If the alert persists after a full power cycle, move on to Step 3.
Step 3
Reseat Cam USB Cables
- If arm cameras are missing, please see How to Reseat Arm Cam Cables for more details
- If hood cameras are missing, please see How to Reseat Hood Cam Cables for more details
How do I know which cameras are missing?
- Go to Manager Mode > Advanced > Calibration
- The cameras angled from above are located in the hood (as indicated in green)
- The cameras angled from the sides are located in the arms (as indicated in purple)
