Step 1
Reboot Ingenico
|
Step 2
Reseat Ingenico Cables
- Start at the top of the Ingenico itself and trace the cable all the way to the end
- On some Ingenico models, the cable will split into two cables halfway throughout (called a y-cable)
- Y-Cables split into a thicker USB cable and a thinner cable connected to a power brick that is plugged into a separate outlet
- On some Ingenico models, the cable will split into two cables halfway throughout (called a y-cable)
- Reseat the power brick by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in
- Reseat the USB cable that should be plugged into the back of the kiosk
- It is a good idea to trace the cable to see where it ends by starting at the top of the cable on the card reader itself and follow the cable all the way to the end
- If the cable is not plugged into the back of the kiosk, please be sure to seat it in it's proper USB port (directly under the kiosk's circular power button) ⬇️
Step 3
Power Cycle Kiosk
- Please see How to Power Cycle Kiosk for more details
