Step 1
Check that the Printer is On
- Check the power switch on the back of the printer to ensure it is set to the ON (I) position

Reseat Printer Cables

Power Cycle Kiosk

- If the print tests are unsuccessful after a full power cycle, move on to Step 4 ⬇️

Try New Paper Roll
- Try loading a fresh printer paper roll to see if the previous paper was causing the issue
