How to Calibrate Your Kiosk

Before You Begin

Check for missing or blocked cams within Manager Mode > Advanced > Calibration and Cams.

Required Items

• Calibration Board
  • Need a new calibration board? Either print out this PDF and attach it to a thick piece of cardboard or reach out to Mashgin Support for a new board
• Item 3-4 inches tall
• Item 5-8 inches tall

 

Calibrate

1. First pose should be of the base completely empty
   1. Tip: Press Pose to add new poses
2. Add 7-10 poses of the calibration board flat on the base in different positions
3. Add 7-10 poses of the calibration board elevated on top of an item that is 3-4 inches tall in different positions
4. Add 7-10 poses of the calibration board elevated on top of an item that is 5-8 inches tall in different positions
5. Add 7-10 poses of the calibration board angled at a low angle in different positions
6. Add 7-10 poses of the calibration board angled at a steep angle in different positions
7. Remove all items from base
8. Press Calibrate
