Incoming Orders
Incoming orders are displayed within Kitchen Mode automatically, however you can also have the orders print out as well. If you would like for kitchen staff to receive a printed ticket for the incoming orders, set up an printer rule detailing which stations will go to which printers.
Customer Receipt
A "Customer + QR" printer rule must be configured for the Pay on Kiosk Mode to function properly.
For more details, please see Printer Rules.
Select Stations
Then, choose the station that this kitchen-facing tablet will be focused on. Only orders from the chosen station will populate on this tablet. For more details, please see Select Stations Settings.
Accept Orders From Mobile / Tablet
If your location has both customer-facing tablet(s) and mobile ordering options, you will want to make sure that "All" is selected within the "Accept Orders From" section. If not, choose which platform you would like for this tablet to accept orders from. For more details, please see Accept Orders From Mobile / Tablet Settings.
Now your kitchen-facing tablet is ready for orders! Please check out Kitchen Mode Settings for an in-depth look at all of the customization options that you can utilize.
