- Either go to Manager Mode > Advanced > Shut Down or hold in the circular power button on the back of the kiosk.

Cleaning the Kiosk
- Wipe down the kiosk base frequently to keep it clear of dirt, spills, and debris.
- The base can be easily wiped with a standard disinfectant and a towel.
- Spray canned air into the air vent holes on the back of the kiosk.
- Brush away built up dust on the outside.
Camera Maintenance
External Checks
- Check to see if the camera covers are clear from dust and debris.
- Check that nothing is blocking the camera's view of the base.
- Prevent misrecognition by ensuring the camera’s view of the base is free from shadows creating dark patches on only part of the base and / or direct sunlight illuminating only part of base.
Camera Live Feeds
- Manager Mode > Advanced > Calibration
- Look for a clear view through the live feeds of the eight cams.
- If any of the cams are missing or stuck (indicated by either a black box in lieu of the live feed or less than eight live feeds visible) use the Missing or Stuck Cam guide to help you get the camera back up.
- Helpful Tip: Often, the Side UX is too close to the base, causing an obstruction within the camera view. In order to prevent this, make sure the Side UX is at least an adult fists distance from the base of the kiosk.
Calibration Checks
- Manager Mode > Advanced > Cams
- Look for five OKs on the right hand side of the screen to indicate that the calibration is good.
- If you see Pattern Not Visible for any of the stereo cams, first make sure all items are cleared from the base and all eight cam feeds are visible. Then, calibrate the kiosk with the tips from the Calibration Guide.
New Menu Items
- Add new menu item(s) into Creator or on the kiosk itself before customers are ready to purchase it.
- Press “Sync DB” once you have added the item(s).
- Test visual recognition of the item once the kiosk finishes syncing.
Automatic Updates
- Keep the kiosk powered on and connected to network for automatic updates.
- When the kiosk is not in use, utilize the “Hibernate” function instead of shutting the kiosk down.
