Kiosk Disassembly

Required Tools / Materials

• Small Philips Screwdriver
• 10mm Socket
• 1/4" Ratchet
• Kiosk Shipment Box

 

Disassembly Prep

1. Shutdown Kiosk
   • Manager Mode > Advanced > Shutdown
     
     
2. Disconnect All External Cables
3. Remove the Hood Camera Cover
   
   
4. Remove Back Plate
   • remove the top six screws securing the back plate in place
     
     
5. Disconnect All Internal Cables
   
   
6. Remove the Speakers
   • speakers are adhered inside of the kiosk with double-sided tape, use a gentle but firm grip to remove

 

Disassembly Instructions

1. Remove Hood
   • remove the four nuts and two bolts
     
     
2. Reattach Back Plate
   
   • place internal foam piece back inside of MPU
     
     
3. Remove Arms
   
   • remove magnetic plate
   • remove four bolts, two in each arm
     
     
4. Lift and Place Kiosk Face Down
5. Remove Base Plate
   • remove seven bolts
6. Place All Items in Foam inside of Shipment Box
   • hood, base plate, tower, arm, camera covers, speakers, and all bolts / nuts
     
     
7. Attach Return Shipping Label and Ship Out!
