Side UX Assembly

Required Tools

• Box Cutter
• Small Philips Screwdriver

🚨 Note: Power tools are prohibited because they can damage the side UX.

• Payment Reader Mounting Plate

Assembly Instructions

1. Attach Rubber Feet
   • secure with four screws
     
     
2. Attach Display to Body
   • feed cabling through the hole
   • secure with six screws
     
     
3. Add Printer Power
   
   • this step is for locations who have a printer accompanying their Side UX
     • the printer is delivered in a separate box
   • remove silver metal housing
   • connect the power adapter to the power brick
   • secure power brick with metal housing
4. Connect Internal Cabling
   • secure the grounding cable with one large screw
   • remember to leave an empty port in between the USB connections
     
     
5. Mount Payment Reader
   
   • secure with two to three screws
     
     
6. Connect External Cabling
   • follow the External Cabling Guide to connect all cables appropriately
