Whenever you are reaching out to Mashgin Support, please make sure you include these important details:
- Your Name
- Name of Location
- The name of your location that is within our system can be easily found on the kiosk within Manager Mode > Info
- If you are not near a kiosk, the name of your location within Cloud / Creator will be the exact name we have in our system
- Kiosk ID(s) and / or Byte Remote ID(s)
- Please include the IDs of all affected devices
- Kiosk ID can be found in Manager Mode > Info
- Remote ID can be found in Byte Manager Mode on the main manager screen
- Please include the IDs of all affected devices
- Best way to reach you
- Whether that would be responding to the email / text you sent in or giving you a call at a phone number of your preference
