How to Reseat Arm Cam Cables

This article provides steps on how to reseat arm cam USB cables.

 

Step 1

Remove Magnetic Arm Plate

If the arm has a notch, use your finger to pull the cover off through the notch
If there is no notch, use a stiff card to slide under the cover and pull it off

 

Step 2

Reseat USB Cables in Arm

• Reseat the USB cables connected to the arm cameras by unplugging them for a few seconds and plugging them back in
