This article provides troubleshooting steps to take if the Side UX display is not responsive to touch.
Step 1
Shutdown the Kiosk and Side UX

Unlatch Back of Side UX

Step 3
Reseat Display Touch USB Cable
- Look for a USB cable inside of the Side UX labeled "Display Touch"
- Reseat the cable by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in
💡 HELPFUL TIPS:
- Try plugging the Display Touch USB into a different USB port
- Try to space out the USB cables inside of the Side UX, keeping an empty USB port in between each cable (as seen in the photo above)

Turn on Kiosk and Side UX
