This article provides troubleshooting steps to take if the kiosk is not recognizing items correctly.
Step 1
Separate Items on Base
- Make sure all items are spread apart when placed on the base of the kiosk
- If issues still persist, identify which items are not being recognized well by placing them on one at a time, then move on to Step 2 with those items ⬇️
Step 2
Check Item Poses
- Go to Manager Mode
- Find the item in the Menu
- If the item has a barcode, scan the barcode of the item while in Manager Mode
- If the item does not have a barcode or the barcode is not listed in the location's Creator menu, go to "Items" and type in the name of the item to find it
- Check the poses attached to the item
- Each item should have at least 20 clear poses, showing all angles of the item all across the base of the kiosk
