This article provides troubleshooting steps for cash inventory low alerts, similar to the following:
Step 1
Load Cash Into Glory Device
- Go to the Cash Register Settings in the Advanced Menu in Mgr. Mode.
- Print an Inventory report.
- Fill to the recommended threshold on the printed report by pressing the "Cash In" button.
- Once completed, press the "Cash End" button.
- Press the "Reset" button to ensure the collectors go back into IDLE status.
💡 HELPFUL TIP: The inventory of Glory devices should update after following the steps above and the new inventory can be viewed in the Inventory tab within the Cash Register page.
If you're unable to load the Bill/Coin collectors:
