Reconnect to Grid
- Go to Manager Mode > Advanced
- Press "Reconnect to Grid"
- Wait a few seconds for a green check or orange X to appear
- If Reconnect to Grid was successful ✅, check Network Settings and Test again
- If Reconnect to Grid was unsuccessful ❌, contact your local network team to check the network port configuration for that kiosk
