How to Reset Cloud Password for Another User

This article provides details on how to reset the Cloud password for another user.

 

Step 1

Locate Cloud User

Go to Cloud Log in using your Cloud credentials Choose the Location that the user is associated with on the "Locations" tab Click on the "Users" tab Search for User by name or email address

 

Step 2

Send Reset Password Link

Choose the User you would like to sent a reset password link to Make sure their email is correct Scroll to the bottom of the page Click "Reset Password" ➡️ You can only send a reset password link to users who are at or below your access level. 💡 HELPFUL TIP: You will see the last time the user successfully reset their password below this section

🚨 PLEASE NOTE: The reset password link expires after 24 hours. It will need to be sent again if the user does not reset their password within that time frame.
