🎉 Kiosks now have a Call Attendant Button! 🎉
✨ What's New:
- The Kiosk will now have a button labeled "Call Attendant" in the bottom right-hand corner of the checkout screen.
- When pressed, this feature allows users to turn on the Machine State LED and to play a tone to alert the CSR that a user requires assistance.
💡 Kiosk Behavior:
- Pressing the button will play a warning sound and flash the light indicator red until:
- A timer has been met
- The transaction is completed or canceled
- The behavior varies depending on the current screen/transaction state
- Home Screen:
- Once Pressed, it sets a 15-second timer, which will reset the button and the lights back to green once finished.
- After the button resets, the user can press it again to repeat the process. - Cart Screen:
- Once pressed, the button will not auto-reset while the transaction is ongoing.
- If the User presses the button one more time, it will toggle the lights and the button style.
- At the end of the transaction, the lights and the button are reset.
