✨ What's New:
Introducing a seamless experience: When your internet connection is disrupted, Mashgin Byte transitions to offline mode through ethernet.
- Order and Kitchen tablets will continue to function as usual.
- Mobile Orders will be unavailable while in Offline Mode.
- Although orders will still be visible in the Cloud, we recommend disabling Mobile Ordering during this time to prevent any unfulfilled orders.
- Once internet is restored, orders will populate to Cloud and other online services
NOTE: Payments are processed on Kiosks via the QR code in the usual manner, with money coming available through the payment reader once connection is restored (provided connection is restored within 10 days).
