Read below to learn how to fully refund transactions on the kiosk!
Step 1
Locate the completed transaction you would like to refund on the Kiosk from the Transactions tab and select it.
Step 2
Press Refund in the lower right corner of the transaction details.
Step 3
Check that all of the items appear for the refund and press Confirm.
Step 4
The transaction will now show Refunded within the transaction details. Please Note: You may need to back out of the Transactions page and then tap it again to reload it for the transaction to accurately appear as refunded within this page.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
You can only refund a transaction once, whether that would be a partial refund or a full refund. You can refund multiple items within a transaction, but once a refund is made it cannot be done again.
For example:

- A customer purchased an apple, banana, and water.
- The customer decides to give back the apple and wants it refunded.
- You refund the apple from the transaction.
- The customer later wants to return the banana and water as well and wants a refund for the entire transaction.
- You will not be able to refund the entire transaction now that you have already completed a partial refund on the transaction.
