How to Delete Item Poses

Read below to learn how to delete recent item poses on the kiosk!

🚨 Please Note: Any incorrect poses taken over 24 hours ago will need to be deleted by Mashgin Support and cannot be deleted through the kiosk UI.

 

Step 1

Navigate to the Items page within Manager Mode.

 

Step 2

Select the necessary item within your menu by either scrolling through the list or typing in the name of the item.

 

Step 3

Select the pose that you are wanting to delete by tapping on the picture and press Delete Selected Pose.

Please Note: Other locations may also be sharing the same item poses via our global database, therefore please reach out to Mashgin Support before deleting all or a majority of the item's poses.
