Quick Actions
Refresh Cart Resets the checkout cart and cancels any current transaction. Verify Age Begin the age verification process without having to scan the age verification card. Sync Syncs the kiosk to any menu or settings changes made within Cloud or Creator. Power Reboot or shutdown the kiosk. Hibernate Enables Hibernation Mode. Please Note: In order to "wake" the kiosk again, you will need to access Manager Mode. |
Add Items
This feature enables CSRs to quickly search for and add items curated by your Price Book Manager or requested through our support team. These items, known as pick-list items, can be organized into categories. The lists can include frequently used items such as oversized products, soda refills, hot food, bakery items, ice bags, and more. |
Transactions
This tab displays all daily kiosk transactions with the same level of detail as shown in Cloud. Employees also have the option to print receipts directly from this page.
To load new transactions, gently pull down on the list to refresh the Transactions page. |
Advanced
Lastly, this tab allows for more advanced options to be performed, such as enabling or disabling Dark Mode, changing the kiosk's connection, and disabling the staff screen experience. |
