Here's everything you need to know about Containers!
What is a Container?
In our kiosk software, a 'container' is part of a categorization system that simplifies menu management. While it doesn’t represent a physical container, it groups similarly packaged items, such as sandwiches or pizzas, which may differ by flavor or temperature. Containers are set up in Creator, allowing multiple related items to be associated with one primary container.
This feature is especially useful when items share similar packaging, like a to-go box for salads or meat entrees. Since the kiosk cannot detect what’s inside the packaging, it prompts the user to choose from a predefined list of possible items when a container is configured, ensuring accurate selection and pricing.

Visual Checkout Stations
Our container UI has been upgraded to enhance the user experience significantly. Now, with visual prompt containers, customers can enjoy customizable graphics and item names displayed directly on the kiosk.
Through Creator, the containers can be configured to adjust item arrangement, quantity options, and temperature settings, perfect for managing complex menus including customized sandwiches or various meal choices.
This visual refresh is designed to not only make the checkout process more enjoyable but also to help ensure that what ends up in customer’s bags is exactly what they saw on the screen.
