This article details what the color coding of Global Matches mean on Creator.
❓Interested in seeing this view on Creator? Please see How to Change Columns for more details.
Green Global Match If the Global Match ID associated with the item is green, that means there is a sufficient amount of poses (20 or more poses). No additional poses are needed, unless there are packaging changes. |
Yellow Global Match If the Global Match ID associated with the item is yellow, that means there are less than 20 poses for that item. In that case, the item needs more poses to be added to it.
Please see How to Pose Items for more details. |
Red Global Match If the Global Match ID associated with the item is red, that means there are no poses attached to that item. In order for the kiosk to visually recognize that item, it needs to have at least 20 poses.
Please see How to Pose Items for more details.
However, if the item has a Dotcode associated with it, then it should not have a Global Match or poses associated as well. Please reach out to Mashgin Support to delete the Global Match association. |
