How to Set an Item as Active / Inactive

This article provides steps on how to set an item active or inactive in Creator.

 

Step 1

Navigate to Creator.

 

If you are activating/deactivating a singular menu item:

Step 2

Hover over the gray circle next to the item's name. Once it becomes purple, click the circle to expand the item editor view to pop up on the right hand side of the screen.

 

Step 3

Scroll to the bottom of the item editor and click the Edit Additional Details dropdown.

 

Step 4

Click the toggle under Active to set the item as active or inactive.

 

Step 5

Click Save to save the edits made to the item.

 

If you are wanting to activate/deactivate multiple menu items at once:

Step 2

Hover over the item(s) to allow for the gray checkbox under the ID column to appear. Select all of the items you are wanting to activate or deactivate by checking the gray checkboxes next to the name of each item.

 

Step 3

Click on the gray dropdown button next to the search bar at the top of the page. Click either Activate or Deactivate. Please Note: More than one item needs to be selected in order for this dropdown button to appear.
