How to Add Poses to a Container

This article show you step-by-step instructions on how to add poses to a Container

Step 1

Log into Manager Mode

Step 2

Click on 'Items' from the Main Menu Options

 

Step 3

Search for the Container Name 🚨 Please Note: When adding poses to a container, do not scan or search for individual items that belong to the container. Doing so may cause visual recognition issues. Ensure you are selecting and adding poses to the correct container.

Step 4

Tap on the Container Name 

Step 5

Add at least 20 Poses of the Item Add Multiple Poses of the item, showcasing it in various positions and configurations. Include different packaging styles that reflect how customers might package the item

 

Step 6

Sync Kiosk and Test Item

1. Sync Database: Navigate to Manager Mode on the kiosk and press Sync DB
2. Test the Item: Place the item on the base to check the customer experience.
