This article details troubleshooting steps to take if ArUco labels are not being recognized correctly on the kiosk.
Step 1
Resolve Recognition Issues

- Verify the label is in a clear area, flat on top of the product packaging.

- Verify the label is not wrapped around the product's edges or sides.

- If you are printing a label that contains 2 ArUco codes (One for the top, and one for the back of the item) please ensure the codes are not placed on the same side of the product.

- Ensure nothing, including thaw stickers, obstructs the Aruco codes.

Eliminate Posing Conflicts and Verify Accurate Aruco Code
- Ensure No Poses Are Associated with the Item:

- Scan UPC of the ArUco labeled item, or search for the item using the Items page.

- Verify there are no poses of that item

- Poses linked to Aruco labeled items can confuse recognition.
- Check Creator for Aruco Label Details:

- Confirm that the Dotcode Label in Creator matches the one on the packaging.
