This article provides an overview of the modules found within the Dashboard on Cloud.
Date Selector
Select a date range for your reports using the calendar or from the preset options on the left.
Cloud reports can now also be broken down by time range as well as date range. |

Export the report in a variety of ways:

Transaction Metrics
Transactions | Total | Active Kiosks |
Total number of transactions completed for the selected date range. | Total sales for the dates selected, inclusive of taxes, discounts, and fees. | Total number of kiosks currently active for the location. |
Average Time | Average Ticket | Refunds |
Average length of time (in seconds) for transactions. | Average transaction price within the selected date range. | Amount of refunds processed during the selected time frame. |
Sales Timeline Graph
Trends of sales and transaction count for the date range selected. Hover over the graph at any point to receive a breakdown of that specific time period.
Payment Breakdown
Sales by Tender | Sales by Card Type |
Sales breakdown between tender types that are accepted at that location. This could include: credit card, stored value, payroll deduct, cash, and more. |
Sales breakdown of the various credit card types that were used for the selected date range. |
Daypart Sales Performance
Breakdown of sales by daypart, displayed as both a pie chart and a detailed table.
Please Note: If no dayparts are specified for the location, both modules will simply show "All Day" sales. |

Sales Breakdown
Total sales segmented into subtotal, discounts, fees, taxes, tips, and refunds for the specified time period.
Please Note: The sales breakdown may not include discounts, fees, tips, and refunds based on the location's settings and the transactions included within the report's date range.
Kiosk Sales
Number of transactions and total amount of sales per kiosk listed by kiosk ID. Mobile/Byte sales are also included within this module, when applicable.
Please Note: If any of the kiosks are offline, an alert will appear next to the kiosk ID as well as the quantity and total will be blurred out. Once the affected kiosk(s) have resumed network connection, these amounts will appear.
Sources
Sales sorted by transaction source, whether that be kiosk or mobile.
Please Note: This module will not appear if all transactions populate from one source.
Hourly Sales
Breaks down the number of transactions and total amount in half-hour increments.
Taxes Breakdown
Lists all taxes taken from the transactions within the specified date range.
Refunds
Displays the number of refunds and total amount, categorized by payment type.
Please Note: If no refunds were given during the selected time period, this module will not appear.
Discounts
Number of discounted items and the total amount discounted.
Please Note: If no discounts were applied during the selected time period, this module will not appear.
Tips
Total amount of tips collected per kiosk, listed by kiosk ID.
Please Note: If no tips were collected during the selected time period, this module will not appear.
Item Sales Categories
Top Items Identifies the items that have the highest sales with details featuring the total quantity sold. If you need a report of all items sold, please export the Item Sales Summary CSV report. |

Top Labels Identifies the top ArUco (Dotcode) or QR code labels that have the highest sales. |

Top Tags Identifies the top item tags that have the highest sales. |
