This article shows step-by-step instructions on how to fully refund a transaction from Cloud.

Step 1
Navigate to Cloud
Step 2
Navigate to Transaction Overview
Step 3
Select the Date the Transaction was Completed Using the Range Selector
Step 4
Use the search bar to find the transaction you want to refund
💡Search by Transaction ID, Hash, Payment Type, Customer Name

Step 5
Press the ‘Refund’ button
Step 6
Confirm that you would like to issue a full refund for the transaction by clicking "Refund" one more time
Step 7
The status of the transaction will change confirming the full Refund
IMPORTANT NOTE:
You can only refund a transaction once, whether that would be a partial refund or a full refund. You can refund multiple items within a transaction, but once a refund is made it cannot be done again.
