This article shows step-by-step instructions on how to change the kiosk operation hours from Cloud.

Step 1
Navigate to Cloud
Step 2
Go to the 'Settings' tab
Step 3
Click on 'Client & Site Info'
Step 4
Customize Operation Hours by selecting Available All Day, and/or Available on Weekends. If your location is not 24hrs, you can deselect Available all day and set working hours.
🚨 Note: If you unselect Available all day, then the kiosk will enter hibernation during non-working hours during the week as well as the weekends (if selected).
Step 5
Click 'Save Changes'
🚨 Note: For immediate updates on the kiosk, tap 'Sync DB'. Otherwise, the changes will sync in about 5-10 minutes. If the kiosk is powered on after operating hours it will automatically go into hibernation mode.
