How to Hide Kiosk Print Receipt Button

This article shows step-by-step instructions on how to hide kiosk print receipt button from Cloud.

Step 1

Navigate to Cloud

 

Step 2

Go to the 'Settings' tab

 

Step 3

Under Kiosk Settings - Click on 'Receipts'

 

Step 4

Toggle the 'Hide Print Receipt Option' to 'Yes' to enable

💡 Enabling this setting will remove the "print receipt" button after completed transactions.

 

Step 5

Click 'Save Changes' 

🚨 Note: For immediate updates on the kiosk, tap 'Sync DB'. Otherwise, the changes will sync in about 5-10 minutes.
