How to Disable Tablet Sleep Mode

This article shows step-by-step instructions on how to disable tablet sleep mode from Cloud.

Step 1

Navigate to Cloud

 

Step 2

Go to the 'Settings' tab

 

Step 3

Under Tablet & Mobile Settings - Click on 'Display'

 

Step 4

Toggle 'Disable Sleep Mode' to 'ON' to prevent tablets from sleeping when idle

 

Step 5

Click 'Save Changes' 

🚨 Note: For immediate updates on the kiosk, tap 'Sync DB'. Otherwise, the changes will sync in about 5-10 minutes.
