How to Modify Taxes

This article shows you step-by-step instructions on how to modify taxes in Creator.

Step 1

Navigate to Creator

 

Step 2

Click on 'Taxes' under Menu Details on the left-hand sidebar

 

Step 3

Click the Expand button next to the Tax Rule you'd like to modify

Step 4

Adjust the Tax settings in the tax detail viewer

💡 Here you can set the tax rate, decide if it applies to dine-in or take-out, and choose which items are taxed or exempt by tag. Additionally, schedule when the tax should apply and define conditions based on item prices.

Step 5

Click 'Save Changes'

🚨 Note: For immediate updates on the kiosk, tap 'Sync DB'. Otherwise, the changes will sync in about 5-10 minutes.
