How to Modify Fees

This article shows you step-by-step instructions on how to modify fees in Creator.

Step 1

Navigate to Creator

Step 2

Click on 'Fees' under Menu Details on the left-hand sidebar

 

Step 3

Click the Expand button next to the Fee you'd like to modify

Step 4

Adjust the Fee settings in the fee detail viewer

💡 Here you can specify the fee amount, choose whether the fee is taxable, and determine if it applies to specific items by selecting them individually or by tag. Additionally, set client-specific configurations using the Client Reference ID.

Step 5

Click 'Save Changes'

🚨 Note: For immediate updates on the kiosk, tap 'Sync DB'. Otherwise, the changes will sync in about 5-10 minutes.
