How to Create Discounts

This article shows you step-by-step instructions on how to create discounts in Creator.

Step 1

Navigate to Creator

Step 2

Click on 'Discounts' under Menu Details on the left-hand sidebar

 

Step 3

Click "Add Discount" to configure settings in the Discount Detail Viewer.

• Choose how the discount is applied (e.g. - percent or fixed amount).
• Applicability: Decide if the discount applies to specific items or tags.
• Activation: Set barcode or QR code triggers, and schedule active times and dates for the discount.

 

Step 4

Click 'Create'

🚨 Note: For immediate updates on the kiosk, tap 'Sync DB'. Otherwise, the changes will sync in about 5-10 minutes.
