✨ What's New:
We're bringing Devices and Alerts to Cloud. On this page, you’ll be able to remotely monitor Kiosks and Byte tablets assigned to your location. This will allow you to proactively address any alerts, and you'll also see these alerts in your daily reports. This way, you can always keep an eye on your devices from anywhere, resulting in less downtime and more revenue.
Kiosk Alerts
You now have the ability to check the online/offline status, release version, local IP, and any kiosk alerts that require your attention (e.g., camera missing, Glory offline, etc.). For a complete list of kiosk alerts, please check Alerts Q&A.
Byte Alerts

For Byte, you'll be able to see the current online/offline status, Byte version, Byte mode, mode settings, and printer rules. This will allow you to verify that your tablets are configured properly and are online. For more information about Byte, please check our Byte Start Here section.
Daily Report
When downloading or emailing reports, you will now be able to see which devices are online or offline, ensuring you're always aware of any issues. Please note that the release version will only be visible when the kiosk is online.
