This article shows you step-by-step instructions on how to Enable Staff Screen.

Step 1
Access Manage Mode, tap on the Advanced button, then scroll down to tap on Enable Staff Screen. If you don't see this button please contact Mashgin Support. |
Step 2
You'll briefly see the Mashgin logo, followed by a prompt to identify which display you're using. If the prompt appears on the second display (Employee side), select Employee Screen. If it appears on the Side UX display (Customer side), select Customer Screen. If you accidentally selected the wrong display, disable Staff Screen and try again.

Step 3
On the Employee display, you should now see Staff Screen app enabled. Hu
Hide the menu by pressing the "X" button above the "Sync" button. Then, log back into Manage Mode, navigate to the Advanced menu, and Reboot the Kiosk.

Step 4
After the Kiosk reboots, Staff Screen should remain on the Employee display and you'll be ready to enjoy this new feature!
