Checkout Flow
Customer places item(s) on the base of the kiosk. | |
Customer uses credit / debit card or tap to pay on the Ingenico reader in order to complete transaction. |
Requirements
- Confirm with Mashgin Support that the payment credentials are in place.
Installation
- Confirm with Mashgin Support you are on-site before plugging in the payment device.
- Be careful not to plug in the Worldpay card reader before Mashgin Support gives clearance during the installation process as doing so will destroy the reader.
- Once instructed, navigate to Manager Mode > Advanced > Worldpay
- Select "Prod" followed by “Install”
- Once installation begins, the buttons will be greyed out on the screen and “Version” field will say “Installing”.
- Once installation is complete you will see the Version number. If something goes wrong it will show “Error” -- please let Mashgin Support know if there is an Error.
- Plug the Worldpay reader into the USB port located directly underneath the power button.
- The reader will then begin updating. This can take up to an hour and the reader will go through multiple restarts.
- You will know updates is complete when the reader stays steady on the "Welcome to Mashgin" screen.
- Perform a test transaction to confirm successful installation. If you run into any issues, notify Mashgin Support at help@mashgin.com.
