Step 1
If Display Touch is Working
- Go to Manager Mode > Advanced > Enable Staff Screen.
- Please check How to Enable Staff Screen for visual reference.
- Identify the Display when prompted.
- Once Staff Screen is enabled, reboot the Kiosk.
Step 2
If Display Touch is Not Working
- Press and hold the power button until the Kiosk is completely off.
- Disconnect the power cable
- Reseat USB Touch Cables
- Wait 30 seconds
- Reconnect the power cable
- Power Kiosk back on and try Step 1 again.
