MashUpdates: Disable Age Verification Toggle

🎉 We’re excited to introduce a new checkout extension that lets you disable the Age Verification process with just one click!

✨ What's New:

Previously, disabling Age Verification required going into Creator and manually removing tags from age-restricted items. With this new checkout extension, you can now bypass age verification with a single click—saving time and making it easy to re-enable if your operations change. This gives you more time to focus on your customers. 

 

Use Case: Sports & Entertainment clients sometimes require different age verification procedures based on the event. For example: 

• Event #1:  An attendant monitors kiosks and checks IDs only when alcohol is purchased.
  
  Here, Disable Age Verification would be set to "No" to ensure age verification remains active at checkout.
  
  
• Event #2: Staff verify IDs at the grab-and-go entry, so they prefer not to block checkout for alcohol purchases.
  
  Here, Disable Age Verification would be set to "Yes" to streamline the checkout process.
